BIOGRAFIA

Guitarrista, compositor autodidata e músico independente, Hélder nasceu em 1986 e chega-nos do município de Castro Daire.
Após algumas datas ao vivo sob a designação de Helmetalmad, partilha de palco com os Tarantula em Pindelo dos Milagres e passagem pelo concurso "Rock Rendez Worten 2010" (youtu.be/eeIRlhtH5gs), Helder Oliveira investiu na gravação do seu primeiro longa duração instrumental, o qual foi produzido, misturado e masterizado por Ricardo Sousa "Campino" em Viseu, no Estúdio Singular. Além das seis cordas, encarregou-se também do baixo, teclados, sequenciação de baterias e programação, contando com o apoio de Dogus, Rui Mota Pinto (Rockenlatado) e Campino nas baterias. "Tears of My Soul" (youtu.be/RMP1nFjrnLs), "Illusion's Paradise" e "Believe" são temas a destacar do álbum de apresentação “For Eternity", editado a 29 de outubro de 2011.
No primeiro dia de 2014 foi publicado o single/lyric video de “Empty Promises" (youtu.be/aRdLw4wUu5U), adornado com as colaborações especiais do vocalista e letrista Marco Vieira (ex-Kill Control) e do baterista Sandro Almeida (Sway).
Neo-Clássico, Metal, Flamenco, Funk e Jazz são alguns dos estilos abordados na sua música, admitindo influências de Marty Friedman, Jason Becker, Jeff Loomis, Yngwie Malmsteen, Nuno Bettencourt, Tony MacAlpine, Gonçalo Pereira, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Paco de Lucia, Al Di Meola, Stanley Jordan e John Petrucci, entre outros.
Atualmente, Hélder encontra-se a trabalhar no próximo trabalho de originais, ainda sem data prevista de lançamento.
